If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your package is delivered.

To begin a return or request support, please email us at swghaircare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your request.

Return Eligibility

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
If your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Please Note

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on heavily used or completely empty products.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the return has been approved and received. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
